I took it standalone for 30 days for a mini cut. I took it at 2 pills nightly, and the first 2.5 weeks my libido was down, but after that it returned with no change in the dosage. I lost about 3-5 lbs, looked noticeably leaner and increased my strength, so I was pretty happy with it.
