I'm a Christian that loves to workout. I have a fire inside of me to want to increase my strength and athletic ability, I don't know for what but I trust the Lord will guide me. I love sports, especially football, and I'm everything Detroit fan. Tigers, Pistons, Lions, and Red Wings, and go Maize and Blue.
I like staying in shape, the balance is more cardio than lifting, but my lifting methods I believe will work itself out in the long run. Every weekend me and my friends will get together and do certain activities (which are mainly playing poker, but other times we'll have backyard tackle football games, home run derbies, basketball games, whatever we can think of. I also play guitar whenever I can, and I've been told I'm a good singer
