Vitacan Pharmaceudicals. Winstrol 25 mg pills Has anyone used or heard of them before???

Just recently got some winnys... 25 mg tabs... Im a little sketchy about them. :evil: But these are not the usual known brand i get, they are another brand. Is there some kind of test you can do with tabs where you let one sit in a glass of water ?? and if it breaks apart its bad or something...
