    I took Monday off to ride the couch and relax for a night, but back at it today. Pretty sore today, but I dragged my ass to the gym to use the elliptical for 65 min tonight. I'm gonna switch to a keto diet, probably Dave P's basic cutting one, to see if I cant speed up the fat loss.
