can't decide between Lipo 6 Black and Oxyelite Pro. looking to lose weight and get stronger workouts in. basically, i feel like im at a plateau and need an extra boost. which works better?

I tried Animal Cuts a few years back and I got the worst side effects...vomiting, diarrhea, heart burn, sweating all the time. I don't care how good the results are supposed to be, I felt like crap after taking those pill packs and switched Oxy Elite Pro
