im a 57.y.o male ,retired a couple of years ago ,used to play golf until i injured my shoulder and knee ,so decided to get my stuff straight and headed for the gym ,long story short ,my knee doesnt hurt anymore but i dont play golf anymore ,youll find me at the gym 5 days a week and my health is great now ,i had this site on my iphone but never posted ,and theres so much i want to learn now ,looking forward to all the great posts,thanks guys
