Yes, it's definitely the rotator cuff thing, and I think it's tendonitis - doesn't really behave like a tear. It's hard to think that with all the different exercises I do that I'm not reaching those muscles; but maybe not. 'Not lifting heavy' - that's discouraging; there goes my 200 bp...
