Should I be taking the recommeded dosage, I took it twice yesterday and felt nothing. I've always had 2-3 cups of coffee a day so is it possible I need to up the dosage to see any effects.

Has anyone tried twinlab predigested protein. If so how do you get it down, it has to be the nastiest sh*t I've ever had. Two tbsp gives 30grams of protein and it's cheap, 10 bucks. It has the consistency of cough syrup and tastes like the back side of my balls. :spit:
