on my e-mails that I get back they have (&nbsp) under what i have wrote on the e-mail and i didn't write, &nbsp..... what could it be??? has this happened to any of you guys or what?

my skin normaly oily, but when on gear it gets even more oily and then comes the acne, mostly on the back...... is there anything that you can do to prevent this..... like is there any thing that you can take or do you just have to live with it...
