Right now I'm like 8 weeks in. A little water honestly not very much. Around 4000 cals a day pretty lean foods and 2 big weight gainer shakes. I'm currently 203lbs started at 170lbs.

I always make sure I get in my daily protein first. I make it my top priority. But I really feel like I need all the extra cals to get bigger. I've never tried it before and want to give it a go. I've always been around 190-200. I want to break that barrier and get into some real weight

I was also thinking about getting some hcg and using this the last few weeks leading into pct to aid with recovery. I heard it helps you recover much faster on pct and can help maintain gains. Any opinions?
