I am with @steve here - if you already like it and take it, why do you need additional reasons to do so? If you are not allergic to it, ginger is extremely beneficial for the health, and it is very ahrd to briefly describe all of the benefits.
Does any of you use fresh ginger for cooking? I likethe spicyness it adds, and people say it is very healthy, so I see itas a win-win thing to use. Although I am not sure about the exactbenefits of ginger – any ideas? It is not like I will stop takingit, but it is a matter of curiousity to me.
