Ppl aren't gunna spoon feed you buddy.. do some research test e is probably the most used steroid it's not that hard to find some good info on it, same as with the standard pct that goes with it. And personally think you could put on a lot more mass naturally before you go using more gear...

If your looking to cut, first thing I wld do is defiantly cut out the bread..oats, rice, yam/sweet potatoes are a far better choice for carb intake. Secondly ditch subway not only for the bread but all there meats are really high in sodium..if you don't like the taste of brown rice try adding...

Look mate I really think you do know quite a lot about this lifestyle we all love.. but telling ppl that they aren't ready to cycle based on there stats, with bf being to high etc...when you yourself ran that hella cycle at more then 15% and what looked to be not a lot of muscle mass from ur...
I have used DAA several times in my pct and on its own and have found it did absolutely nothing for me.. I wouldn't worry about it spend your money on more food instead.
