just 5 mg/day for 6 weeks. no side effects, but i'm not getting as ripped as i normally do when i run var. i only run 5 mg/day every time i use it, and for some reason these pills seem less effective. but, i do love the energy it gives me, and i get some decent pumps.

i just recently got some of those pink ones and i haven't had very good results with them.
