I use 23g 1in for quads, 23g 1 1/2in for glutes and 25g 5/8 for delts Hope that helps

I have seen a few boards come and go but EF always stands strong.

i have tried dbol in 10mg caps spread 3 x ed and wasnt too impressed...then i did 50mg caps and take them first thing in the morning (hr before I train) and let me tell you...my workouts were great. Strong, pumps, stamina etc etc
