What it really boils down to is your prostate....the liquid inside your prostate isn't as much when you shut down your hpta due to the lack of natural test.

Hehehe...almost forgot...my question was basically should I eat carbs in the morning??? Is it detremental to fat loss? Or is it ok?
If so..when should I consume my carbs....I know you have to get at least a certain amount for energy.
