I agree completely. Too many rely on the steroids and lack the knowledge of how to train, eat, etc.

Anything you lose (water) will be quickly recovered after a couple of full meals when you feel better.

I'm not sure what you can do with that though. You can take the ones intact a bit.

I typically notice it 48 to 72 hours post injection.

I've never been a fan of soy protein.
