    Do you have a suggestion on a website or book that will teach me the basics(in lamans terms) of cycles, appropriate diet, the different types stuff out there, etc... That way I can get a good base of knowledge to work off of.

    Yeah, I don't lift the whole time, I'm just saying i got 2 hours total to do as I please. As far as diet goes, I don't got much to tell you except it is not very disciplined-3 to 4000 calories, (especially after fires). Supplements I use are a mix of protein, creatine, glutamine and arginine.
