Gym monday too Friday and eating really good with protein shakes as well. I also work In a furniture warehouse with a lot of lifting and container work so I go gym after work
I'm 21 in 3 months and I Don't plan to get too massive just a nice look that doesn't look over roided. I'm not sure what is pct I don't really know much about this. Just want to know what and how may tabs I take a day and I'm only using dbols and milk thistles
