im going to be running a enanathate based masteron 200mg per ml i was wondering what amount i should be running per week and if front loading would work with this compound ?

I also am preping for a show i personally take a low impact low resitance aproch to cardio i'll do 30 mins once a day 6 days a week ither on the eliptical or the treadmill if its on the treadmill i put it to max incline and just do a slow to moderate walk good luck in your show
