    Anavar + Creatine cycle

    Im thinking of starting a var+creatine cycle with 25-30mg var and 10g creatine ED. So what kind of gains can I excpect in a 7 week period? Will follow a strict diet with lots of proteins. My stats are : 6.2ft and about 200lbs 14% bf have trained for 8years. Is 6-9lbs LBM without reach?
