yea man i would consider it hit..although sometimes ur sitting on the bench for 2 mins and on the ice for one which is a little less intense

is water or any shakes after 10pm bad for your diet
as it might cause bloating or water weight!?
*only reason i drink so much water so late is because i have hockey games at 10pm!

If i chug a bottle of water or G2 gatorade i feel bloated before i sleep and i heard its really bad to have so much liquid at night
