Just curious who would want to test if you use aas. The testing is not cheap so there are not too many people would pony up to get you tested ie your boss.

My doctor told me I have gyno after the results from the ultrasound came back but he is not sending me to surgery. Instead I am to wait three months to see what happens and then have another ultrasound. I don't really want to wait because even if this doesn't get any bigger, which it already...

Ok thanks that seems tolerable. Did you stay away from all kinds of training or just any involving your chest?

Mine isn't terrible as it is only in one pectoral but it is not something I want permanently I'll tell you that.

6 weeks seems like a long time but if it is neccessary then I guess it is a must. I think I will go through with this surgery because the gyno is already hampering my training just by the pain I am getting on certain exercises.

For anyone who had gyno surgery how long did it take until you could resume training at 100% intensity?
