Well I did do research I'm prepared for all the side affects and I'm pretty tolerant to substances...but I haven't started taking it yet and that's why I joined this forum...I'm not going to die lol...I just want to make sure im doing it right and ask real people instead of just reading things...
So it's my first time using clen, I'm going to start my first cycle, how many should I take...each tab is 20mg so should start off by taking just one? Or one 2 times a day? And is it ok train while your on it? I'm clue less!!
