    Can I enlarge my ass with squats?

    I'd love to increase the size of my ass, so I train a lot on the glutes and legs. Do you think that things like squats and sit-downs will help me grow the size of my glutes? Some guy in the gym told me that it will get smaller because the muscle will be tighter - should I listen to him?
