    I'm definitely no expert on this subject, but from reading the board for awhile my best guess would be that you should have at least a 2-week maintenance period as a transition from bulk to CKD. Maybe longer than 2 weeks....

    Once and for all which oatmeal?

    The Instant Oatmeal is okay if it's just the plain oats that come in the big container. Don't get the flavored Instant Oatmeal that comes in the packets though, as it contains all sorts of sugar and other crap....which is why it tastes so good!:D

    Top sirloin and round cuts are the best from what the butcher told me at our grocery store. Reason to eat a steak vs. chicken etc....there is no better tasting meat than a big juicy steak. :)

    Never realized a healthy diet would make such drastic results!

    Laser- I have the personal trainers at the local gym measure me with the ol calipers...then I average the 3 different PTs numbers because they aren't always consistent. I'd kill to be 200 lbs. and 8% but I'm afraid to bulk up and gain unwanted fat.
