    Time of day to take DNP?

    when i took it, it was usually right in the morning and in the early evening as i didnt want to sweat to dire death durning the afternoon hours.... i guess it can depend on what your schedule looks like both training and life, but try to keep them close to 12 hrs apart to avoid over doing it.

    alcohol calories are the top priority for your metabolism to burn bro, so if you take in an excess amount of them no matter what you eat before or after if its not digested will most likely be stored as fat.....as a result of the excess total calories.... so you may be best of not eating 6 hours...

    depends on a lot of factors bro, extremity of dieting and cardio for one, genetics is a second, and gear a third, takes me about 8 weeks or so, you can do it much quicker if you have t3 (wouldnt touch it), clen, or DNP (wouldnt touch it ever again)

    hey bros i plan on running Eq at 600mgs a week for about 10wks with either some winstrol of fina in there too ....what are your thoughts on anti -e's for the EQ? will 20mg of nolva ED be enough to keep the water off and gyno away...i'd say i'm about average gyno prone wise

    Why do competors carb up with yams?

    you should carb up on the same carbs that you diet on so its not a shock to your body... your system is used to those carbs therefore they will be more easily digested...i got this info from a post by tom prince over on Chad Nicholls board.

    one day isnt gonna kill you bro...never done atkins really but i think you eat some carbs therefore you arent in ketosis so you arent gonna get bumped out of that the worst i think will happen is you might bloat up for a couple days if you do eat a lot of carbs
