I always have the best intention to keep a log of my training but when you get into the swing of the dieting and training, and with working and studying I end up having little time for anything...
I just get on with it..
I think men respect you more in the gym when you just get on with it and don't mess about in the free weights area.
Why not train with her until she's a bit more confident? teach her how to spot you etc.. show her some exercises.
To be honest I just enjoyed weight training and training heavy - I prefered the training to anything else i'd done before (in terms of sports etc)... It was only about 4 years down the line I thought "hmm I could give this competition lark a go"... once I got my head around the crazy diet and...
I read Bodyfitness, Muscle and Fitness and Flex.
Not sure if you get bodyfitness in the states but it's a good magazine, and has some good competition coverage.

Ah yeah i've seen loads of pictures now lol. Can't believe how tight I came in looking. I was so worried about it! I only really believe it when I see the photo's to be honest.
Oh incidently superqt4u2nv, not sure you get this in the states - but the brand new limited edition mineralize blushers from MAC are awesome! they're a pain to get hold of in the UK - as they're sold out everywhere, even in London. But I did my best hunting and found one, and I love it ;)
Hey, I know what thats like.... I'm a total make up fanatic. I worked out the other day that my make up collection - which is mostly MAC, Dior, Estee Lauder, Chanel, Urban Decay and Benefit.. is probably worth about £1500. That's about $3000.. how sad is that!!!!!!!! It's one of those things...

Trained my glutes hard tonight though... my cardio afterwards was hardwork lol
Gonna see my coach on Friday and get her to give me some direction. My bum is just too small compared to the rest of me...
I must admit I have tried most of those...
I think maybe I just need to concentrate on the muscle group more.. I'll give the reverse smith lunges a go though! Cheers :)
