In my 50s, presently doing a 12 month government in the middle-East, weight training about 40 years, using kettlebells a bit for the last year, getting ready to do some body weight routines like those on Beastskills with the goals of 25 real one arm push-ups, 1 - 3 one hand handstand push-ups, and 2 - 4 one hand pull/chin ups with each hand.
