    I'm surprised nobody mentioned nordiol. If you want to get back in shape quick, take about 500mg-1 gram of nordiol a day for 2-3 weeks. just make sure not to touch the dione, that stuff converts to progesterone real easily and will make you grow boobs.:bawling:

    you should get pretty good results from just those two. remember to cycle the T-2 like a pro-hormone though, because if you use it for over 4 weeks there is a good chance you could slow your natural thyroid output.     Is T-4 making me tired?

    I'm trying to lean out a little. I'm eating 1800 cal/day (50%-pro;30%-carb;20%fat). I weigh 190@ 11% b.f. I'm doin cardio in A.M., training 6 days a week. I'm on T-4(150mcg/day) and fina(75mgEOD). Is the T-4 making me tired or am I not eating enough? THE TRAINING CAN NOT CHANGE.
