    Nice to here from a fellow Rugby player. I play for the Varsity Rugby team at the University of Toronto. Prop/Hooker. I also weigh 220 lbs however would defineately like to drop more of the fat off my body. I guess I'm going to have to experiment a little. Cheers

    Did you follow the instructions closely. After you pass the reagent end through your urine immediately start counting to 15 seconds. Then compare your results. Note: Simply pass the ketostix through the urine stream. Don't leave it in there.

    What to mix protein powder with?

    I tried it with milk but found out that 36 oz of skim milk contains 54 grams of carbs. Not good since I am on the CKD. What else can I mix this with without upsetting my nutritional balance. TIA
