I plan on lifting 4 days a week and doing cardio 2 days a week. and one off day
When you have a low carb day do you keep the calories the same? and just add more fat?
I understand the clen and the nolva concern, i just have them and want to use them up!
I will interchange the nolva with a test booster then, any recommendations?

I was thinking around 50% Protein / 20% Carbs / 30% Fat
