Ok so what exactly do you recommend and what pct would you use

Im about to start my second cycle ever had good results from first only two month cycle but I want to do it right do is 3 months on 1 month off ok at 1cc every Wednesday and Saturday and what pct should I use. Thank you all for any input ahead of time. I'm 6'1/2 200
