go with the zambon....I used some IP winny at 75mg a day for 2-3 weeks with NOTHING at all, no sore joints, no acne, no strength...little while later I tried some upjohn winny, and 6 days later, i got a lil stronger, and my back was infested with zits...so i knew it was real...but i stopped...
