I was always under the impression that you wanted some estrogen production so your hormonal levels would return to normal, thus taking arimidex along with clomid and/or nolva during PCT was a bad idea. But now I hear that most people use it during pct. So what too do?

My first cycle was test prop for 8 weeks ,and I gained 20 pounds and I kept the gains for approx a 2 months time ,but sadly I had to have my tonsils remowd. one week in the hospital= 18 pounds out the window:( .(this is a year ago)

hi I`m going on my 2 cycle now ,but I was wondering if it would be better too frontload. I`ve just read about it and it sounded wery good but I`ve never heard of anywone actually do it. Is there any negative things with frontloading. Please respond, you bros out there with experience:)
