Does the BD 50mg Winstrol release slower then the 10mg Winstrol? Is it better to take the 10mg's throughout the day or just the 50mg once a day??

I was needing some advice. I'm going to be taking 2 seperate injections per week. My question is this. Is it best to stack sus with trenabol depot and the deca by itself or the other way, stacking the sus with the deca and taking the trenabol depot by itself? I would appreciate any input.

If a girl is wanting to cut weight and alot gain lean mass. What would be the best cycle for her. She is 5'9'', 145, she is looking to get around 130. Her diet is in check. She wants to do a cycle. What should I tell her is best for her??

I'm 5'10'', 190, 15% BF.. The only cycle that I've done is Deca and dbol. Deca 300mg per week - 8 weeks dbol 35 mg per day - 8 weeks I'm just trying to find a good cycle with bulking and cutting.
