Well as for Exercise I do 30 mins Cardio at the gym and then 30 mins weight training....I can't really tell you what I do with the weights because like I said I am new to this weight training and I just did what the man at the gym showed me.....but on Monday I do arms and on Wednesday I do legs...

Hello I recently lost 90 lbs and I am now trying to lose 10-15 more and these last are the hardest.. Along with this I am trying to tone some of my muscle (which I never did before)... Now being so overweight and just typical exercise (getting off my ass) and diet (stop eating anything...JUNK)...

Has anyone here ever had a tummy tuck? I recently lost 80 lbs and now I have problems left over because of it. I think that a tummy tuck would be the only way to resolve it and I would like to try to get my insurance to pay for some....anyone ever go threw this before?
