mate i have the same problem with the stuff , mixed all sorts like eq , sust with it fucken big lumps for days , got strong and hard as a rock but dont know if its worth the pain........

PROTEIN 1.5 - 2 GRAMS PER LBS BODY WEIGHT
PLENTY OF GREENS NOT SO MUCH COLOURED ONES
3-4 TBL SPOONS FLAX OIL PER DAY
AS MUCH WATER AS POSSIBLE
ALA VIT C AND E
FOR CUTTING...
THE ONLY THING I CAN THINK OFF IS RESTRICTING YOUR WATERS 2 DAYS OUT ( DONT STOP )
AND ANOTHER THING IS , HOW STRICT HAVE YOU BEEN ON YOUR DIET YOU MAY HAVE RUN OUT OF TIME . IT TAKES TIME TO DO IT THE RIGHT WAY
