My coworkers laugh at me daily. My work provides bottled water and each day I line up 10 17oz bottles on my desk. My rule: Can't go home unless they're all finished.
And, one diet coke (major weakness)
Your goals and mine probably aren't the same LOL!
I love lifting weights, and, for me there is a LOT of ego involved! As a now 44 year old woman, there is nothing like looking across the aisle at a man in his 20s and out lifting and our rep-ing him. I finally dragged my ultra fit marathon...
Interesting workout today.
Could you tell me a little about the light weights in the work out. I always lift heavy and am intrigued by changing it up.
Are you doing the reps slowly with a great squeeze? No rest between?
I've read your other threads and got the impression that you typically...
It's been almost 2 months and just wanted to post an update.
Like many, the holidays certainly messed with my workouts/diet but everything is back on track! 😄

Hi all! Been doing decently but crazy busy. I test for my black belt in 2 weeks so now have 5x per week 2hour sessions in dojang on top of work and lifting sessions!
Had new doctor meeting Friday and think I have found a good one! 😀
I have more blood tests to do and follow up December 6...
Yes I have an appointment November 15 with a doc whose reputation includes being willing to prescribe armour instead of synthroid as well as t3 and t4. So hopes are up.
In the meantime, just upped gym weights 15% across the board! Workouts were great this week!
Honestly the easiest way to lose baby weight is to keep breast feeding. That's 300-600 calories a day burned right there.
She can work out and breast feed too its not mutually exclusive.
Personally, I didn't react we'll on oral contraceptives. Water retention and unexplained weight gain in my twenties.
Have her look into a non-hormonal IUD. No muss no fuss no issues and nothing extra in her system.
Of course, the best was when we were done and hubby got snipped! LOL
