I am mid-40s, done with childbearing and now reliving my 20s. I am a state champion in Taekwondo, shooting for world champion for 2013. I love free-sparring, wish I could compete without all the troublesome safety gear.
I lift weights 4X a week and I love lifting heavy! Right now my standing curl bar, I am lifting 70# for 15 reps and about to go up in weight. Nothing feels as good as being a strong woman. Now, need to figure out how to make all the fat go away.
