Hey guys , Just want to know how to lose weight without loosing muscle. I know i wont do well while on a efedra or caffine product due to anxiety. is there any other way to lose weight fast ,or any other product? Anyway i watch my calories and work out five times a day. HELP

O.K. , i'm 35 yrs old weight about 255 lbs 6'4" been worling out for about 5yrs now , have about three cycles under my belt , small cycles. Bf. about 25%. Question is a lot of people say start another bulking cycle and you will lose weight while gaining muscle. other people say loose the weight...
