I don't like this part...protein bar, protein shake and again protein shake...al 6:00 throw there some steak, hamburghers with some brown rice
in 6 hours you eat that stuff and that work...
behind the neck press is fine... shoulder related problems because of the behind neck press are related to the rotator cuff injuries...and my rotator cuff is ''perfect'' , at least that's what the doc saied...and regard my diet...for breakfast I'll change the banana with 100 gr oats...150-200 gr...
yeah...I forgot...on my training days my post workout meal is : 0.5 litres low fat milk, 25 gr protein and big banana-> 40 gr protein, 60 gr carbs, 550 cal
