I stopped getting it around 12% bf. I have to get pretty small. I'm naturally small. 5'8" 134 when not exercising or dieting. I naturally have softer legs, YUKK!!!
I think 2350 calories is too much to try to lose weight. 87gm of fat is pretty steep to. You may find that you are already ingesting this amount.

Yeah, just enjoy it while you can. When I get lean (not freaky lean) my period stops. Not having my period spoiled me. I do NOT want one anymore. Im usually not satisfied with my bodyfat until this occurs.
