I'm 28. 6' 188 pounds. I've been working out on and off for 9 years, but am now going strong without any breaks. Have done 4 cycles:
18 years old: dianabol 1cc wks 1-3, 1.5 cc wks 3-5, went from 145-165
20 years old: deca 400 for four weeks, dbol 2-3 per day for 3 wks, went from 155-175
