bench press 140 kilos for 6 reps ( previously 180 kilos for 6 reps ) squat 160 kilos for 1 rep dead left 200 kilos for 1 rep , my fitness is horrible so i want to take a cycle to get back my strengh but at the same time i want to improve my endurance , can you share with me your experience .
