I used to drink chocolate protein shakes but got so sick of them. I now drink either the banana flavoured ones or I love the iced tea ones.

I use clen and love it. Two weeks on, one week off. I don't find it that bad. Yes, I do get the shakes and the muscle cramps but it worked a lot better than ECA for me. She should start with about a 1/4cc and work her way up, depending on how her body reacts. Good Luck.

I've had two implant surgeries. The second only because I wanted to go larger. The pain is the worst on day 2 and 3. After that it gets much easier. My advice to you would be go as large as possible because you get used to them really quickly. Good Luck!!
