i have a friend who is 220lbs and is preparing for a show in a few months and his bulking cycle is 500mg of sustanon for 6 weeks and 20mg of dbols ,6 weeks then 200mg of propionate a week for 6 weeks .He will not use deca ,what do you think he should use and how much and for how long?
