    I'm not necessarily looking to build huge muscles, I'm just looking for good muscle definition. I need to clean up my diet (especially as I have eaten anything and everything over Christmas). I'm 5ft 2 (Think that's about 1.5 metres tall) and weigh 8.5 stones (117lbs).

    Well it doesn’t restrict my carbs too bad because I can have up to 40g per day to start, and then up to 70. The atkins restricts the completely I think and I’m not doing that diet. I have read some good reviews on this diet that I am now trying.
