Well I don't know if its effective for growth hormone sleep but I took 2 servings and was WAXED. I could barely walk. I could only hold my eyes open for about an hour which seemed like eterinity. Well hands down I can say it fucks you up, I dont know about the growth hormone release though.

SomatoMax? GBL Has anyone tried SomaMax I ordered a bottle overnight so I will have some tommorrow I heard it has the exact same effect as GBL. I ordered it from www.somatomaxusa.com there seems to be a supply issue with it though.
