I have always been active (cheerleading, dance, etc.) Then I got married & very depressed. Now I am in the middle of a divorce & deparate to lose weight (my husband says that no one will like a fat ass). I don't know how I got like this, honestly. I still ride my bike a few miles 3 or 4 times a week and don't eat much at all. I've been on EVERY diet and trained a lot at my gym, but I can't seem to lose it this time. Have I finally yo-yo'd too many times?
