dont do a banana pre work out use a slow burning carb source. yea that is a good choice to take out some chicken and cut out 20g of casien. on your carb up day take in more carbs. you havent even hit your tdee.
i dont see a problem taking in semi simple carbs pwo as long as they fit into your macros. get some waxy maize or something that will digest in an hour or so that might help. also i dont think sodium is that big of a deal if your not competing.
